Testimonials

Are you wondering whether to choose me to support you in preparing for your birth, during your birth or in the time afterwards?

You won't regret that investment one bit, but don't take my word for it. Here are the feelings of some of my incredible clients from their experiences of Hypnobirthing, Doula support and birth trauma recovery.

“I will be eternally grateful for what Meg has done for me and my partner the last 9 months”

Initially when my partner first mentioned going on Meg’s course I was a bit sceptical (as most guys probably are). I thought why not what’s the harm if it’s what my partner wanted. After the 1st session I quickly became immersed in Meg’s way of teaching. The information, the vibe, the genuine passion was felt instantly. Week by week I gained more excited for each session, knowing the confidence it was bringing me, especially as a young 1st time parent (24). Think there’s more of a thing around guys “winging” the whole birthing process and becoming a dad, which does and can work, but learning how vital of a role you can play to creating an incredible birth was empowering. Also learning about how powerful and magical woman’s bodies are was mind blowing. After the course I felt ready to go into any situation equipped with knowledge and a toolkit of practical tips to enhance the birthing experience.

A few weeks passed and the opportunity for Meg to be our personal doula arose. We never initially planned this but considering how close me & my partner had got with Meg and how incredible her course was we decided we would ask her.

This is from my personal experience (a guy):

Meg being there was reassuring for me, she allowed the space of our home birth to be protected, she knew exactly what to say and do and penetrated the room with her whole energy, she allowed me to confidently make decisions and never pushed her own opinions. She collaborated so professionally with the midwives, to create such a safe space.

From feeding me (bringing McDonald’s lol) to reminding me to take naps during contractions (was a long labour), guiding me with birth pool set up, supporting me emotionally, tidying house after birth, continued support post birth, visiting us post birth, bringing food, Meg was just incredible.

I really could not imagine our birth without Meg. Of course you don’t need a course or a doula to have a pleasant birth, and you can learn things online, just like you can have a wedding at a registry office instead of a church, but why wouldn’t you want to immerse yourself in this sometimes once in a lifetime experience, and make it as worry free, magical and memorable as it can be. I will be eternally grateful for what Meg has done for me and my partner the last 9 months, she has a true passion and genuine vibe and love for what she does and it’s glaringly obvious, couldn’t recommend her enough. Wow”

“Meg is passionate, knowledgable, compassionate, straight talking, supportive , thoughtful and just brilliant”

“This was my second birth, and after a traumatic experience in hospital first time, I wanted to have my baby at home. The online hypnobirthing course Dave and I did with Meg really helped build my confidence and resolve to birth my baby at home, and I think it was what made me realise it was actually possible and that I really could plan for the birth I dreamed of. It also helped Dave feel so much more prepared to support me. I attended Meg’s Sunday evening relaxation sessions on Zoom, which as well as being a lovely way to unwind and focus on birth, were a brilliant opportunity to ask questions and learn even more from her wealth of knowledge. I always left these sessions feeling even more empowered and prepared, especially when I was ‘overdue’ and worried about being put under pressure for interventions and Meg gave me enormous reassurance and confidence to re-ground myself in my trust for my body and baby. She was also always available to answer questions and share evidence-based helpful information.

Hypnobirthing helped me so much in my preparation for birth and during labour. Breathing was the anchor I kept coming back to in labour, and the midwife commented on how stable my pulse had been throughout, thanks to my breathing. The midwives arrived at our house when I was entering transition and I don’t think they had any idea how far I’d progressed because I was using breathing to manage my surges. They certainly seemed surprised when I started pushing.

The other thing that really helped me were the affirmations I listened to throughout pregnancy and during early labour, with Meg’s reassuring voice it was like having a friend there with me. They gave me the confidence to trust my body throughout labour. Even when concerns arose from the midwives my mind stayed totally focused and calm as I declined vaginal examination and transfer to hospital, but willingly accepted an episiotomy when I listened to my body and knew it was the right thing to do. I was proud of the decisions I made and the way I handled them, all thanks to my hypnobirthing education.

I know now birth doesn’t have to be something you endure to get a baby at the end. It can be an empowering, life-affirming experience. I have never felt more proud of myself than after this birth and it has set me up for the most joyful and emotionally healing postpartum experience. Investing in your birth is about so much more than the event itself, it has lasting consequences, and having people like Meg on my team was absolutely, totally invaluable. Meg is passionate, knowledgeable, compassionate, straight talking, supportive, thoughtful and just brilliant. I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone has her on their birth team, she is one in a million.”

“I know it would have been different if we hadn’t done Hypnobirthing with you”

“Both Jake and I are truly grateful for attending your course. I can’t tell you how much it helped us, we enjoyed it and we absolutely got the birth that we had truly dreamed of. I know it would have been different if we hadn’t done Hypnobirthing with you.

To cut a long story short, we had a home birth and the midwife only arrived twenty minutes before our baby entered the world. So it was just Jake and I for most of it. Jake stayed calm right the way through, got me in the water just at the right time and I breathed him out. He literally floated up into my arms, making me cry thinking of it now. Thanks for your time, your wonderful course, our lovely good bag and for giving us both the confidence to birth our baby the way we wanted. We are very grateful to you.

I hope lots of people do Hypnobirthing with you. It’s so important to ground yourself in your own power and not hand it over to the professionals!”

“Hypnobirthing helped me to achieve a positive experience even though it didn’t go according to plan”

“The support received from Meg beyond the sessions, and how hypnobirthing gave me the skills to navigate maternity services confidently plus the tools and knowledge to achieve the positive birth experience I wanted. The course also gave me the opportunity to personally reflect on my previous birth experiences and gain a greater understanding of how and why they progressed the way they did.

Hypnobirthing helped me to achieve a positive experience even though it didn’t go according to plan. I enjoyed the birth and learned to let go of my expectations but manage the changes happening, trust my body and listen to my instincts. All of which hypnobirthing taught me.”

Danielle (Hypnobirthing)

“The knowledge, advice and support provided by an expert such as Meg was invaluable”

“Prior to this birth I didn’t know what a doula was, now I think everyone should have one. As a father who tries to be as involved and informed as I can be, the knowledge, advice and support provided by an expert such as Meg was invaluable. Especially, during the ‘overdue’ stage and labour where my first instinct would be to succumb to every request. Meg acted as a sounding board and buffer between us and the medical team to allow us to experience birth the way we wanted to.

To any expectant father, a doula does not replace your role, it just enhances your ability to support your partner. I would have no hesitation in recommending Meg to anyone considering hiring a doula and to those not even considering it!”

Martin (birth partner – Birth Doula Support)

“I don’t think I would have been able to approach the birth with the calm that I did without the course and the support and reassurance we received from Meg”

“My husband and I decided to complete a private hypnobirthing course in my third trimester and we were so pleased we decided to do this. Meg came to our home and sessions felt really relaxed – we felt comfortable with Meg instantly. I was quite anxious about how the birth may go and whilst I had wanted a home birth I felt unsure if I could do this – the course helped me feel more relaxed and confident and we decided we would like a home birth. My husband had been unsure about it but after the first session he was sold on hypnobirthing and said he found the course so helpful and interesting and it made him feel so much more confident in approaching the birth of our baby. It was nice to hear him explain to people and be such an advocate of home births and hypnobirthing, as he had previously felt the need for us to be in hospital. We did hope for a home birth but due to needing to be induced early at just after 37 weeks we ended up in hospital. Meg was so helpful and supportive in helping us think through the process and how to make it work for us. Her support was invaluable and I don’t think I would have been able to approach the birth with the calm that I did without the course and the support and reassurance we received from Meg.

I think with being in hospital for the birth hypnobirthing became even more of a help as it enabled me to stay calm and feel more in control of the situation and the decision making process. I think for me our birth may have felt a stressful experience had it not been for us doing hypnobirthing – it helped me in the whole approach to birth – not just with the birth itself but for the appointments/scans and interactions with medical professionals. It helped me to reframe and stay positive and helped us to have a positive birth that we felt part of rather than feeling it was being done to us. I feel that everyone would benefit from doing a hypnobirthing course in preparation for the birth of a baby – it just makes so much sense! Thanks Meg! “

“All I can say to anyone considering hiring Meg as their doula, is that every pregnant mother needs to have a Meg on their team”

Meg Brierley of Birth Evolution Doula in Lancashire with Doula client

“Where do I begin when I write about my journey with Meg? I’m not sure I can actually use enough words to describe how eternally grateful I am to have had her as my Doula.

I found the birth of my first son 5 years ago very traumatic, so when I became pregnant again in early 2020, I knew I needed to try and approach it differently. From the very first meeting with Meg, her passion for birth and female empowerment shone through, and I knew I wanted/needed her as part of my tribe, my birth team.

The birth of my second son was magical, I can hand on heart say that having Meg as my doula was a major contributing factor for this. Even though I was classed as overdue (43 weeks by NHS standards) and felt a mountain of pressure from medical teams, the actual birth of our son was beautiful. During the ‘overdue’ days leading up to the birth, Meg was a tower of strength by my side when I needed her, keeping me informed of my potential choices and options and always at the end of the phone. Without sounding dramatic, she is a true trailblazer in the world of maternity care/birth and her no-nonsense approach is so refreshing and truly needed. She helped me to feel strong, capable and 100% informed when it came to both my pregnancy and birth.

Meg was on call for me from 37 weeks until 43 weeks ,24 hours a day, 7 days a week. That’s a bloody long time! Throughout these six weeks, her commitment was unwavering, I truly felt supported and secure knowing that by side was someone that lived and breathed both mothers’ choices and the birthing process.

I was able to achieve my dream birth and give birth in the pool of the birth centre, unmedicated and feeling like a complete powerhouse with both my husband and Meg by my side. Her presence throughout the birth gave me such confidence and her words of reassurance really helped guide me when my surges were at there most intense.

I could write for pages and pages about my birth journey and wax lyrical about the support provided by Meg. All I can say to anyone that is considering hiring Meg as their doula, is that every pregnant mother needs to have a Meg on their team.

‘A Gentle Journey; should be renamed to ‘A Kick-Ass, Powerhouse, Empowered, Beautiful, Person-centred Journey’. Thank you. “

Charlotte (Birth Doula Support)

“Thank you for helping us to achieve our home birth we always wanted”

“I genuinely believe that the work we put in during and after the classes with Meg paid off. He was born at home with his hand up by his head like superman. I can’t lie that I’d lost hope at the final stages and I honestly didn’t think it was ever gonna happen but if you’re expecting your baby soon, hang on in there and trust your body. Follow the advise and your own instincts, I knew he was stuck with his hand, I could just tell…and that’s mother’s intuition. It took extra strength and belief but together, we did it…and he’s blumming wonderful and our family feels complete. Meg, you’re a superstar! Thank you for helping us to achieve our home birth we always wanted x x x”

Charlotte (Hypnobirthing)

“…at every challenge we faced, Meg was right there as someone to listen, help, inform and empower. Honestly, nothing was too much for her!”

“After an emotionally traumatic birth with my first child, I knew I needed to find some additional support with my second. I found Meg online and knew she was going to be a great fit as she offered everything I was looking for and her passion for birth was so obvious from day 1. So we went ahead with a tailored service that included birth trauma recovery sessions, Hypnobirthing refresher sessions and doula support for the birth.

We started off with birth trauma recovery, which honestly I was a bit sceptical about as I wasn’t sure how I was going to look back on that first birth with little emotion. It completely worked and I was able to look forward to and get excited for this next one with just a few sessions with Meg.

My pregnancy wasn’t without its difficulties (Covid-19 parents, you know!) but at every challenge we faced, Meg was right there as someone to listen, help, inform and empower. Honestly, nothing was too much for her! When baby was still breech at 34 weeks, meg was there helping me do everything in my power to help her turn. Unfortunately our cheeky girl never did and I wet in for emergency (though it didn’t feel like it) Caesarean at 38 weeks. Our Hypnobirthing practise still came into play when they were prepping me for theatre and I think without that I would have felt a lot differently about the birth. It wasn’t the birth I’d dreamed of but in the end it was peaceful and positive and that was in part down to Meg helping me shift my mindset and prepare for all eventualities.

Meg may not have been there at the final sprint, but she most definitely was a huge part in the marathon and we are forever grateful for her amazing work. Thank you, Meg!”

Olivia (Birth Trauma Recovery, Hypnobirthing and Birth Doula Support)

“If anyone slags off Hypnobirthing saying it doesn’t work I’ll be telling them straight!”

“Hi Meg. Just wanted to say thank you for your course. As I said on the first day of the course I wasn’t too enthusiastic about being on a Hypnobirthing course for two weekends on the bounce. However, by the end of the course I was completely sold. I cannot tell you how much it all helped with the birth. I was able to remind Jess about the different breathing techniques and do my best to support her. Jess was a proper rock star and did amazingly well. So…thank you for helping us bring Mabel peacefully and safely into this world. If anyone slags off Hypnobirthing saying it doesn’t work I’ll be telling them straight! Thanks so much!”

Nathan (birth partner – Hypnobirthing)

“Thank you for your empowerment and kindness, you really rock”

“I just want to thank you for all your sessions, they not only helped me with the birth but I’ve been using your techniques with stressful situations like her being up with colic or when she had her jabs and didn’t want to be put down all night. Your lessons really helped me keep my cool. Your advice with breastfeeding has also helped me keep up exclusively doing it for 2 months! So yeah thank you for the empowerment and kindness, you really rock. She is so beautiful, and is worth all the challenges I faced and still do, I’ve just had to have a ‘yes this is tough, but I’m tougher’ mindset, which your course helped me achieve. It is an adventure, you’re right! I learn new things every day, it’s important to just keep in mind that I’m a first time mum and all I’ve really got to do is try my hardest and give her lots and lots of love, things will eventually fall in to place. I’m super proud of myself and my little family, thanks for being there for us”

Georgia (Hypnobirthing)

“Thank you for the amazing course it helped so much”

Labour was beyond my wildest expectations even after your course! My waters broke just before midday so I went in to be checked. Following two hours at home having a bath and relaxing contractions started really quickly and I went back to hospital to be told there was barely any cervix left to be seen and baby was born at 8.38pm 😊 thank you for the amazing course it helped so much it helped more than you can ever know!”

Beth (Hypnobirthing)

“We both benefitted SO much from our course”

“Although the birth wasn’t my ‘ideal’ we both benefitted SO much from our course and can’t thank you enough for your support…we’re so in love and thrilled to be back home”

Emma (Hypnobirthing)

“My progression at home without pain relief is completely down to the Hypnobirthing breathing techniques”

Birth stories and testimonials

“Thank you to Meg for her Hypnobirthing guidance. It was the reason I arrived at the birthing centre to surprise everyone that I was already 9cm dilated on just breathing at home! My progression at home without pain relief is completely down to the Hypnobirthing breathing techniques and understanding and trusting what your body is doing. Totally recommend giving it a try to any expectant Mums. Thank you again!”

Mary, Daniel and Grace (Hypnobirthing)

“Everyone needs a Meg in their life!”

“I met Meg through a hypnobirthing course. The course alone helped me massively in preparing for my second child’s birth. I am currently 37 weeks and playing the waiting game.

With my first child the birth was long and terrifying and I ended up needing intervention after 29 hours. Reflecting on this birth I was very naive due to my own lack of knowledge about the process of birth and the options available during birth. Words like episiotomy hadn’t even entered my vocabulary until that was happening to me. I never even considered that the hardest part of birth would be the many months of recovery after it.

Birth stories and testimonials

Fast forward to now and after hypnobirthing I feel empowered and knowledgeable. After speaking to Meg I found out a bit more about the birth/trauma rewind sessions and I knew it was something that could only help me. I was right.

At the start of this pregnancy I was having panic attacks, flashbacks and waking up in a cold sweat thinking about how this birth could be like my first born’s. Working through the event of his birth and what happened, and working with the memories and emotions surrounding this has really helped me to process how I was feeling. This, with the hypnobirthing course, has helped me to prepare for the upcoming birth and instead of feeling a blind panic, I am writing this feeling calm, excited, empowered and in control. I know if things go to plan that’s amazing and if they don’t I will have the tools I need to respond.

I can’t recommend this enough to any of my pregnant friends. I feel this should be taught at antenatal classes as a compulsory component of the course. Everyone needs a Meg in their life!”

Melissa (Birth Trauma Recovery)

“In such a short space of time our mindsets have completely changed for the better”

“Thank you so much for all your support during this course. We’re thrilled that we found out about you online and grateful for everything you have taught us. In such a short space of time our mindsets have completely changed for the better and we are more confident and simply excited to meet our baby.”

Michelle and Shaun (Hypnobirthing)

Shelley, Tom and Ted (Hypnobirthing)

“Thanks for your help and advice. I can’t tell you the difference it has made. Ted’s birth was one of the best days of my life and I never thought I would be able to say that! The first two weeks have been so relaxed and happy and I 100% put that down to a positive birth. What you do makes a real difference and we will be eternally grateful!”

Lauren, Simon and Arthur (Hypnobirthing)

“Little Arthur came into the world following a fantastic birth experience, all down to the hypnobirthing techniques you taught us. We can’t thank you enough, not only for the tools during birth but in helping with decision making during pregnancy.”

Nicola, Vinnie and Ethan (Hypnobirthing)

“Hypnobirthing taught me to keep calm and take my time to come round to all eventualities and remain calm. I took lots of lavender and home comforts (even face masks to block out the outside world). When I needed an epidural so that I could have the drip, it helped me remain calm. It turns out the epidural and drip sped things up enough to avoid the c section, and it ended up being my perfect birth after all.”

Amy, Chris and Joseph (Hypnobirthing)

“Meg, from the minute I met you hypnobirthing and your advice has helped me everyday to grow stronger, combat anxiety, birth my baby and even manage the examinations after.

I admit I was doubtful that I would be able to switch off my over active brain but when it came to it, I naturally zoned out, ignored everyone and Chris spoke for us. He was amazing at holding my space and guiding me through it. The midwives were in shock too!

During your course, I went from being anxious and scared to informed and empowered. Our birth was such a magical and special event. I can’t thank you enough for helping us through the journey and appreciate all the extra, personalised support that you have given me.”

 Katherine, Kyle and Elijah (Hypnobirthing)

“Before my pregnancy I had heard wonderful things about Hypnobirthing and therefore I knew this method of birthing was for me. My husband, Mum and I attended these sessions with Meg and throughout all 5 classes we developed an extensive education in birthing calmly and naturally, and I felt empowered in my ability to make my own choices about the way I wanted my birth to go. I’ve met very few people who describe their labour and birth as ‘wonderful’ or ‘amazing’ but these are words I now use to describe my own experience! Using the relaxing methods, which I had been practicing since our classes, I breathed my way through each of my surges and quickly and calmly welcomed my gorgeous baby into the world. Meg gave me such confidence in knowing my body’s ability to naturally birth my baby, and also taught my mum and husband perfectly how to support me in this goal too. I had envisioned the perfect birth for my son, and through Hypnobirthing I got what I wished for. I will forever look back at my son’s birthing day with joy, pride and amazement, and I thank Meg for that, and Hypnobirthing!”

Rachel, Michael and Ethan (Hypnobirthing)

“Both myself and my partner decided to undertake a Hypno-birthing course in order to prepare for the arrival of our first baby and after meeting Megan thought she would be great to help us to understand the techniques. She provided us both with some solid techniques to assist with relaxation, and helped us as a couple and first time parents, understand our roles through the labour and in the first few days afterwards. Personally I am quite an anxious person and like to feel in control or know what is coming, alongside this my partner was becoming a first time father. Therefore Hypnobirthing provided both of us with common ground and understanding of what to expect, how to manage the stages of birth and stay calm, as well as welcoming our little baby into the world in the most positive and stress free way as possible. After completing the training with Megan we both felt prepared and ready for the labour and totally grounded as to how to manage the birthing process and stay focused as well as relaxed. I can’t recommend both Hypnobirthing and Megan enough, I would do it again no question and it was a lovely experience to share as a couple and prepare us to become a family.”

Nicky, Matt and Calvin (Hypnobirthing)

“Thank you so much for guiding and supporting me through my third trimester with Calvin and giving me the tools and techniques to keep my mind and body relaxed and calm during labour and beyond. I will always draw on what I have learned.”

Lorraine, Iain and Jack (Hypnobirthing)

“I was 41 weeks but everything was natural, I managed to get pretty much what I wanted and what I wrote on the paper in our first taster session – calm, content, informed! Thanks to you I managed to stay at home until 7cm, the midwives were amazed. Unfortunately I lost my way a little bit when I got to the final bit and after shooting him out ended up in theatre but it was well worth it for this little man. We’re both doing well and all recovered. I can’t thank you enough for your help and the hypnobirthing sessions. I was an anxious mess about pregnancy and labour when I first came to you and I hated speaking to people, about especially other women, on the fear of being judged. Now I can’t believe what a miracle the whole process is and I do feel bad that men aren’t as fabulous as we are and will never be able to experience carrying and birthing a child. Iain found the course just as helpful and I think it helped him relax on the day. He knew what terminology to expect, what should happen, what to do when, he got the contraction app you mentioned and kept track of everything. Although we went to the ante natal classes your course was a lot more useful, informative and relatable than those, particularly in relation to pregnancy and labour. I’m sure I’ll be booking back in for a refresher for baby number 2!”

 Felicity, David and Arya (Hypnobirthing)

“Our whole birthing experience was really positive and I have to thank you personally for teaching us about hypnobirthing. I had no worries about the birth beforehand and went into it so knowledgeable that I felt confident in myself. When my labour started I was unsure I was even in labour. I put the call into the hospital and they said pop over we will check you and rebook you back in for tomorrow morning. So off I went and when I got there, they carried out my examination and the nurse shouted “You’re 6cm! Blimey we best get you ready.” The nurse was so surprised she said to her colleagues “there’s a lady in who doesn’t even look like she’s in labour.

To be honest I felt with all the techniques and breathing exercises I had learnt during our classes this really helped me managed the birth in a positive, relaxed and calming environment. The midwives were very supportive of my birthing plan and that made me feel a little in control even though I was realistic that some things might not go to plan. Having the knowledge and understanding things may take a different route does help you prepare better. You helped us prepare for that.

Thank you so much and we would like to wish you all the best in teaching the world about hypnobirthing.”

Steff, Chris and Petra-Joy (Hypnobirthing)

“Prior to the birth I did lots of relaxation and breathing practice. I was determined that our baby would have a gentle birth and I did my best to make sure I was relaxed for her coming into the world. The Doctors and midwives were fantastic – they had our Hypnobirthing Preferences sheet and although, in the end, we had to deviate from some of what we would have ideally liked, the midwife made sure we would be able to achieve as much as possible – so she kept the room really calm and relaxing, with some soft music on; she talked us through all the things we could STILL do for our baby, even if I had to have a C-section – Chris could be there; we could see our baby come into the world; it would be calm; Chris could be with us and with the baby as soon as she was born; the baby would have delayed cord clamping and skin to skin contact straight away with me, or Chris if for some reason I was unable to do this. We knew that if the baby had to be born in this way we were still doing everything we could to make sure she had a gentle birth.

Despite PJ’s birth going in a different direction than we’d hoped for, I still really enjoyed it. It was good to be able to approach decisions together calmly and rationally… But I have Meg to thank for that. It was the philosophy of Hypnobirthing that helped us both stay calm and focused; to ask the questions and make the decisions. Chris was more than amazing. I think I would have gone to pieces without him. He was a rock and a guide and so many other things that day. There actually aren’t enough words to explain how knowing he was looking after us all brought me such peace of mind, calm and focus.

I love Hypnobirthing and it has merged now with all the other things that I do and is more of a ‘way of life’ now, rather than something to do with ‘just’ birthing.”

 AJ, Oliver and Freddie (Hypnobirthing)

“A huge thank you to you for all you did to help us through our Hypnobirthing course. Not only did we have a lovely time getting to know you, but we had such a fantastic experience and learnt so much along the way. I can honestly say without your help we would have dreaded the whole process but instead w felt calm and very excited.

Although we ended up with a birth slightly different to what we planned we still gained greatly from the course and we appreciate all the help you’ve given us, we couldn’t have done it without you!”

Gemma, Marek and Effie (Hypnobirthing)

“Thank you for making Marek and I feel so at ease during the Hypnobirthing course. We have found it so valuable and will definitely be recommending you to others. It’s also appreciated that you are continuing to offer support and advice with the extra session.”

Sarah, Tom and Amber-Rose (Hypnobirthing)

“Firstly I want to thank you for being a part of our journey. Before getting in contact with you I was so nervous and anxious about birth and pregnancy I didn’t know how I was going to get through it. Hyonobirthing is something I have always been interested in but not really understood what it is or how it helps. Now I tell all my pregnant friends who are nervous to give it a go. After each session Tom couldn’t believe how different my attitude towards birth was and how confidence would grow a little each week. I have always wanted to give birth at the birth centre but after my first labour and with personal issues I didn’t think it would ever be a choice or that I would be brave enough. You have shown me how it’s not about being brave but trusting your body knows what to do and the ability to make your own surroundings calm and personal. I feel confident about birth and I have you to thank xx.”
