Leanne and I are both birth and postnatal Doulas with over 12 years of experience supporting people through pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period. In this podcast we will be taking a deep dive into birth in a relaxed and informal space bringing you knowledge, experience and tips in a way that supports you, whether you are pregnant, working in the birth world or just a birth nerd like us!

There’ll be longer chats on some of the biggest birth themes, as well as bitesize episodes for our top tips for birth and postnatal preparation. We’ll be leaving no stone unturned with our unfiltered approach to conversation about birth and can’t wait for you to join us!
